- Honorlock Issue
Honorlock is currently experiencing two distinct issues currently being encountered while students are attempting to take an Honorlock proctored exam.
Honorlock has been working diligently to determine the specific root causes behind these issues and they are currently working on a fix that they believe will prevent these from occurring on future exams. This change will occur as part of an extension update and will require Google approval. As such, we expect this update to be available by Monday, June 5th.
Instructions for disabling Honorlock on your exams can be found here. Please reach out to e-Learning Support if you have any questions.
Additional communication will be sent once this extension release has been approved and made available to your students.
