The Upload/Embed Image Tool is located within the editing screen of pages, assignments, discussions, or quizzes. It appears on the editing tool bar underneath the “V” icon and allows instructors to upload and embed images into the page they are working on creating. Within this tool, instructors can also crop and resize images before uploading and embedding the image into the page.
In the Rich Content Editor, click the plug icon to access "Apps".
